1. Order Processing

Orders placed through the NovaPepta Labs website are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

NovaPepta Labs reserves the right to delay shipment if additional order verification is required.


2. Shipping Regions

NovaPepta Labs currently ships to customers within:

  • European Union (EU)

  • European Economic Area (EEA)

  • Selected international locations where permitted by law

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and import of our products is legal in their country.


3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as:

  • Colissimo

  • Chronopost

  • Mondial Relay

The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • weather or logistical disruptions

NovaPepta Labs cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • shipping method selected

  • package weight and dimensions

The final shipping price will be displayed before order confirmation.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking allows customers to follow their shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

NovaPepta Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting a damaged shipment, customers may be asked to provide:

  • photos of the package

  • photos of the damaged product

  • the shipping label

NovaPepta Labs will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


9. Customs and Import Regulations

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to:

  • import duties

  • customs taxes

  • regulatory inspections

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

NovaPepta Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


10. Failed Delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to NovaPepta Labs due to:

  • refusal of delivery

  • repeated failed delivery attempts

  • incorrect address

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
